Sharhonda Dillard
Sharhonda Dillard, originally from Greenville, SC, is a self-taught artist who has been drawing and painting since the age of five. For Sharhonda, art has always been a deeply personal outlet — both a passion and a refuge from the world around her. She enjoys experimenting with a variety of mediums, exploring ideas through nontraditional and innovative approaches.
Although Sharhonda never formally pursued a career in art, the challenges of the pandemic inspired her to embrace creativity as a means of healing and spreading hope. Identifying as a nonobjective artist, she draws inspiration from visionary creators like Noland Anderson, Ted Ellis, John Beckley, and Lillian Fournier.
Looking ahead, Sharhonda dreams of opening her own art studio to continue sharing her unique vision with the community.
